"Hi-Dee" the Friendly Cow

I'm painting a cow!  She's really fun, and she's almost done, although having a simple design is sometimes harder than a more complicated one because the whole idea is to keep her fresh, light, whimsical and approachable.  It's for San Luis Obispo Cow Parade starting in September.  My sponsor is UPS and I'm thrilled to take part in this public event. Summer is here.  I'm usually excited to go on outings with the family.  Maybe to a museum, the beach, neighborhoods, restaurants, parks and friends houses.  A time to explore the city we live.  I usually drink coffee and peruse the internet for local events.  Today, I wasn't very excited about what the world has to offer.
