This image is based on an Annie Dillard quote from "Teaching a Stone to Talk" , which I turned into a crib for some friends, which I hence tried to do a "Where the Wild Things Are" technique with crosshatch and colored pencil this morning.....
i like the interpretation you did for this. it is a very unique idea, not one that just anyone could come up with. the style is very nice too. i'm glad i got to check out what you did.
