Notes from the conference-Yuyi Morales, Little Night

I sketched most of the speakers and here is one great author illustrator I was very inspired by. She is like the Gabriel Marquez of children's books, and her personality so matches her art. The acceptance speech for the Golden Kite Award was so moving, and she took us to a place of great imagination with her flowerful words and voice. Her book is amazing it's called Little Night....
